  • Deliver to Program Director 30 days in advance
    • List of the wines
    • NAAWS Tasting Cost Matrix
  • Glasses
    • One per attendee
    • The Chapter Program Director will coordinate with host the delivery of glasses prior to tasting event
  • Wine pourers
    • A minimum of four
    • The Chapter Program Director will coordinate with host the delivery of pourers prior to tasting event
  • Corkscrew(s)
  • A dump bucket per table
  • A pitcher of water per table
  • Food, plates, utensils, and paper napkins
  • AWS wine evaluation sheet (one per attendee, obtain from Chapter Secretary).
  • Pencils
  • Name tags
    • The Chapter Secretary will coordinate with host the delivery of name tags prior to tasting event
